This 44m cable stay footbridge was commissioned to provide pedestrian access from Wrexham town centre to the new shopping centre at Eagles Meadow. The main span is in excess of 37m and supported via a 30m feature “spike” column. The overall weight of the structure was 57 Tonnes, the bridge had a concrete deck with Orsogrill mesh infill balustrade panels and a 316 stainless steel polished handrail.
